Spencer Brennt works full time as the in-house producer at Circuit Rider Music. As a producer for Circuit Rider Music, Spencer produces, plays, or consults on most Circuit Rider Music Projects (Lindy Cofer, Black Voices, RIDERS, and more). As a member of RIDERS, an alternative duo with his brother Joshua Brennt, Spencer produces, mixes, and plays a majority of all instrumentation for the group. In addition to his in house work, Spencer consults and collaborates with other artists like Isla Vista Worship, John Mark Pantana, Jon Jin Han, and others. Spencer's approach centers around creating distinct and strong musical identities unique to each project, with an emphasized focus on pulling out the creative ambitions of the artists he collaborates with.
Spencer Brennt the Engineer
Spencer Brennt is a multi-faceted audio engineer, regularly working in the studio, in live production, and online broadcast. In the studio, Spencer engineers his own productions, as well as assists other producers with their projects, both as a tracking engineer and editor (time correction, tuning, etc.). In a live production context, Spencer is a Front of House Engineer. Spencer also specializes in Live Album Recordings as a live tracking engineer, helping to record and capture the spirit of live performances in excellent quality. As a broadcast engineer, Spencer mixes live streams for church and prayer room worship services in the LA and Orange County area, aiming for a mix that translates the true essence of a live moment to your audience. Spencer also consults and can help build a template and system for your church's online broadcast, and can offer training to your church's in-house engineers.
Spencer Brennt the Musician
Spencer Brennt is a self recording multi-instrumentalist, arranger, and programmer. As a drummer, Spencer has experience both live and in the studio, with a focus on playing creative, memorable, and distinct grooves. As a producer, Spencer plays keys and synthesizers, programs instrumentation, and adds sonic hooks to productions through sample manipulation and creative use of effects. In addition to playing and programming almost all instrumentation for his group RIDERS, Spencer also records and programs tracks that help to sweeten live recordings in a way that adds depth, interest, and impact. In addition to playing on recordings, Spencer also consults other producers and bands to help refine and shape their arrangements. As a producer and engineer, Spencer records his own playing with a focus on enhancing the song tastefully, and with compelling and quality sonics.
